noisy. NOISY.

I don't think it's too much to ask to want to live in a neighborhood where motorcycles and big trucks do not exist. So much for a quiet Saturday...

Can we also add car alarms with owners that don't realize it's their alarm till noon when the stupid thing has been going off since 6am?
